Standard CAAB software support provides unlimited telephone assistance with any CAAB issues, during the office hours stated above. This includes, but is not limited to the following:


  • Rectification of any CAAB related software bugs which may arise

  • Regular Carrier Rate Table and Number Plan updates, essential for accurate reporting and decision making

  • Assistance with CAAB usage and configuration requirements

  • Telephone assistance when interfacing with new telephony systems

  • Archiving call records

  • Scheduling of Reports


CAAB Software support does not cover on site visits.
